Epic Weekend - first - the golf winners
Posted by Paul Mabray on August 29th, 2007Wow - once again another “epic event” for our direct sales and marketing seminar, our client/partner/investor appreciation party, and our annual “Duffers classic.” I am working on a long blog about the seminar but before it went too long I wanted to post the golf winners from our Duffers Classic.
First place went to the team who brought their ringers with them:
Wycoff/Crum/Bielenberg/Pugh - with a combined score of 61 - nice job.
Our “Dirty Glove Award” for last place went to Schwartz/Scwartz/Hsu/Champion - way to knock the ball in the wrong places.
And for the other wins:
Mens long drive - James Frisbee
Womens long drive - Lindsey Huff
Closest to the Pin (womens) - Karen Roche
Closest to the Pin (mens) - Glen Chae
For the best crash - Andrea Johnston for falling out of the cart after a great 18 holes of consuming.
Finally, the “dream team”, Andrea Johnston, Mike Brown, Christian Whipple, and yours truly managed to sneak in at 3rd place. Not bad considering the hangover we all had.

Uhm, Paul, might I suggest crash helmets as party favors for next year’s golf event? Brain damage won’t help you help your clients sell more wine…

LOL - I think the bloody mary’s we had caused more brain damage than the crash.
