Oregon Direct Shipper Applications Available
Posted by Matthew Mann on November 16th, 2007The Oregon Liquor Control Commission has now released the applications for direct shipper permits for use under there new permit system which begins January 1, 2008. Here is a link to the permit application for out-of-state wineries.
The cost is $50 and the posting of a $1,000 bond. There are also new reporting requirements, all of which will be posted on our new RethinkCompliance website. The new system also allows for self-distribution to Oregon retailers and restaurants. This requires a separate Self-Distribution Permit.
